第二条房屋租赁情况及登记备案
（一）租赁用途为居住，居住人数为4人。
（二）甲方应自与乙方订立本合同之日起7日内，到房屋所在地的社区来京人员和出租房屋服务站办理房屋出租登记手续。对多人居住的出租房屋，乙方应将居住人员情况告知甲方，甲方应当建立居住人员登记薄，并按规定报送服务站。本合同变更或者终止的，甲方应自合同变更或者终止之日起5日内，到房屋所在地服务站办理登记变更、注销手续。在本合同有效期内，居住人员发生变更的，乙方应当自变更之日起2日内告知服务站，办理变更登记手续。
居住人员中有外地来京人员的，甲方应提供相关证明，督促和协助乙方到当地公安派出所办理 暂住证；居住人员中有境外人员的，（乙方）应自订立本合同之时起24小时内到当地公 安派出所办理住宿登记手续。
第三条租赁期限
房屋租赁期自2017年5月1日至2019年4月30日，共计两年零个月，甲乙双方应于2017年4月30日办理房屋交付手续，甲方应按合同约定的条件将房屋交付乙方。《房屋交割清单（见附件一）经甲乙双方交验签字盖章并移交房门钥匙及物业交接视为交付完成。
Article II Conditions of House Leasing and Registration Records
(I) The purpose of leasing is residential and the number of occupants is 4.
(II) Within 7 days starting from the day of signing this contract with Party B, Party A shall handle the formalities related to the registration of house leasing at the service station for strangers to Beijing and rental housing in the community of the House. For rental housing with multiple occupants, Party B shall notify details of the occupants to Party A. Party A shall establish registry book for occupants and send it to the service station according to regulation. If this contract changes or terminates, Party A shall handle procedures related to registration change and cancellation at the service station of the House within 5 days starting from the date of change or cancellation. If the occupants change within the period of validity of this contract, Party B shall notify the service station and handle procedures related to change registration within 2 days starting from the date of change.
If the occupants include strangers to Beijing, Party A shall provide relevant certificates and supervise, urge and assist Party B to apply for Temporary Residential Permit at local police station; if the occupants include foreigners, (X Party A/ √ Party B) shall handle formalities related to accommodation registration at local police station within 24 hours starting from the signing of this contract.
Article III Term of Lease
The term of lease starts on May 1, 2017 and ends on April 30, 2019, altogether two years. Party A and Party B shall handle formalities related to the delivery of the House before April 30, 2017 and Party A shall deliver the House to Party B according to the conditions agreed in the contract. The delivery shall be deemed to be completed after Party A and Party B sign and seal on List of House Delivery (See Annex I) and hand over keys to the House and matters related to property management.
