2  (Lump in left medial orbit) Two specimens of tissue, both 1*0.1*0.1cm, grey-white, brittle texture.
Pathological diagnosis:
1  (Lump in left parotid gland) Microscopic: Dispersed distribution of lymphoid cells in the biopsy specimen, some of them nodule-like, cell size small to medium, nucleus ovoid or irregular. High possibility is to be lymphoma. Recommendation: Conduct immunohistochemical analysis at the department to assist in further diagnosis.
2  (Lump in left medial orbit) Microscopic: Dispersed infiltrative growth of heterotypic lymphoid cells in the striated muscle specimen, some of them nodule-like, cell size small to medium, nucleus ovoid or irregular. High possibility is to be lymphoma. Recommendation: Conduct immunohistochemical analysis at the department to assist in further diagnosis.
